It all started when…

    Melissa was born in Southern Californian, raised by the sandy beaches of San Diego. Culturally mixed, she carries the roots of many cultures: Mexican, African-American, French, and Native American. Raised in one of the most beautiful cities in the world she grew a desire to experience and explore many more vibrant and scenic cities the world offers. In 2011, Melissa moved to New York City where she studied broadcast journalism and unwittingly stumbled upon modeling.

    Her natural ascetic and gracious attitude has helped her growth in the industry. With a knack for being in front of the camera Melissa aspires to one day host her own traveling show and inspire young people around the world to embrace and love their authentic self, quirks, and outside-the-box perspective. Melissa also took on the role of entrepreneurship in 2017 as C0-founder of her curated event company, Reverie.
